Airtel — recharge con no [protected]-01

On 19/05/2019 i got recharge by paying rs 235 but in boath a/c rs116 balance is shown where as i recharge only one
The existing connection was valid upto 25/05/2019 and recharge should be effective from 26/05/2017
While searching channel in offer adhyatam tv was shown in list in the offer but in tv it is not shown
It is requested recharge of con no [protected]-01 be done only
Confirm recharge will be effective from 26/05 and not from the date of recharge
Look whether adhaytam tv is available in offer as is shown in the list shown
