Airtel — recharge done but call not available for mobile no [protected]

I have recharged my mobile no [protected] yesterday[protected] for rs. 179 as per your plan available through my airtel app. This plan was included unlimited std/local call but i am not able to make any single call after recharge.
I tried to call your customer care no. But that was not available for customer, please confirm how are you making fool to us.
I have the receipt of successful payment to you and certainly i shall present it appropriate authority if needed.
