Airtel — recharge done but not reflecting

I have recharged my phone with a 597 plan on the 24th of september 2019 still my account is not credited. My name is sahil shah my contact number is [protected]. I have recharged my phone on 24th sep 2019 of 597 still money is not credited in my account nor i have got any refund. I have got a reference number from my bank related to deductions authozide code is 643778. Please help.

Pathetic service after sending banks message Airtel guys are like they have not received any payment you should only do recharge only through Airtel app only
