Airtel — Recharge done through my airtel app but failed refund not received

Recharge done through my airtel app but failed due to technical issues and transaction was also not showing in transaction history i am trying to customer care due to covid 19 no one is responding i understand the situation but recharge done on[protected] and amount debited is 558 time was 4pm and i had received from customer care transaction failed they told that amount will be credited by[protected] and amount not credited and also i again raised query they told that amount credited on[protected] till now it had not credited to my account i had already send the statement to airtel customer care [protected]@airtel.com now they are telling refund already processed

Notified but not received refund already 3 months has elapased actually recharge was done on march 18 th resolve the issue
