Airtel — recharge done twice but airtel executive way of resolve query is unacceptable | |||
Hi i am hanamant using airtel network past 6 years, now i am complaining about your poor services, i have done recharged twice on same day and same amount for 399. But after i came to know my account debited twice, i called to ur supervisor explain issue, he said that we will extend ur validity, but still i did not get extend validity. And today i called to ur supervisor but he gave different statement, that is only one time recharge done we can not able to extend validity. I got two recharge confirmation from airtel same day. If i recharged one time now i got two sms and in my account also debited twice. I have more documents about this and one more ur supervisor way of talking is unacceptable, it is going to loose so many customers. Airtel no.[protected] Name. Hanamant. M I[censored] r not taking care of this complete i will escalate to ur nodal officers p, i[censored] need details just call me i will give u details with documents, i hope it will resolve on.
