Respected sir I am unable to use data services in home.unable to make or receive calls.i had purchased a duplicate sim also.But still i am facing the issue.
I had mentioned this to Airtel kerala also.
But the company ready to take action for solving the issue.

On 11/6/19 morning I tried recharging my airtel prepaid number with 399 via Gpay but it dint happened due to technical issues, so recharged using Indpay app it accidentally happened twice, Kindly refund the amount as 399 twice for same number make no sense
