Airtel — recharge failed and money deducted from my account twice

On 5 may 2020 i did recharge on my airtel number [protected] with taxation id:[protected],[protected],[protected] fro airtel app.
The bill payment was initiated and amount of 448 was deducted from my bank account twice.
It is 6 may 2020 now and the amount is still not transferred back in my account
Due to lockdown situation it's kind of important
