Complaint marked as Resolved Recharged RS.2999 on mobile number ×××××41048 from ICICI Bank's mobile app on 23rd May, got the message of bank's recharge successful but recharge not done. I recharged again it was successful. When I complained about this in the bank, the reply came that both the transactions were successful.
