Airtel — recharge failed but money got debited twice | |||||
Hi, I did recharge through airtel website on my mobile number [protected] on 21/2/18 for 509 rs. First time transaction got failed, so i did second time and second time transaction was successful. Money got debited from my card account twice. I did visit nearest store a week back asking for refund and they told it will happen automatically but till now i didn’t receive any refund. I sent an email to customer care on 12 march “[protected]@in.airtel.com”, no reply till date. Pathetic service by airtel as usual. Was this information helpful? | |||||
