Airtel — Recharge failure not informed

I have recharged my two mobiles [protected] and [protected] for Rs399 and Rs.449. on 19.07.2020. the amount was deducted but not recharged. I tried to get help from you. It is not at all possible to reach you.

In all the numbers no number is trying to here my problem. But you are trying to make me recharge.
Do you have any single number to contact in person?
You are advertising, "you want to become zero question network"
You are unnecessarily sending SMS regarding online recharge without customers' consent.
But you are not ready to send single SMS regarding the payment failure
