[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge for 4g rs.349 but getting 3g | |||||
On 27.5.2017 i have recharged for 4g rs.349 data plan for 28 days. But i could get only 3g data. So i contacted 198 several times for the past 3 days. But of no use. They are telling lame reasons and every time they are giving some convenient excuses. Till now i am getting only 3g data. Why should i pay higher charges and get lower service?
