Airtel — Recharge for Rs 155 did not get what they promised. | |||
Recharged for Rs155 I got around 700+MB of data with 20 days validity. Their plan promised 1GB data for 30 days. I have Airtel Money which can be used for recharging at my convenience. When I called them up and asked for reason, they said you shouldn't have used airtel money for recharge. This is clear case of misleading the customers. Also even though I had enough balance in the prepaid pack their customer grievances cell did not allowed my call saying "I don't have a sufficient balance". I believe this is at the cost of customer, the services provider is trying to give explanation for their mistake. They should not charge for Grievances redressal. Was this information helpful? | |||
