Airtel — Recharge is not successful and balance goes to Euronet service India Pvt ltd

I have done recharge of 199rs on a jio number with my Airtel payment Bank but recharge will not be success and in transaction history it is shown that payment of 199rs done for euronet service India Pvt ltd, this will not happen before, I recharge my mobile always with Airtel payment Bank but this time my money goes to Euronet service India Pvt LTD company and can't get benefits of recharge.
My query is how can I get my money back.
