Sir/madam, I recharged mistakenly for the amount of rs.159/- on 13.12.18 this offer actually not available for my number and available offer is rs.149/- where i get benefitted for 1gb/day +unlimited calls for 28 days. But for rs159 i got only unlimited calls+ totally 1 gb that also valid for 21 days. When i contacted them for about 3 to 4 times but no proper response. Is it right that if i pay extra i get penalty? Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 16, 2018 Updated by canny No response till now.even I contacted them since Internet is not working. They asked me to restart mobile phone and try.i tried the same way they told but also not working. Other time I contacted them and told all these. Now they are asking me to visit their airtel showroom. Is this the way you could treat your customer?I was not able to send a single mail because of them and so I was not able to do my job today.pls take immediate action as it could affect my work.Reference no.C4GSP[protected], RSEWK[protected].
