Airtel — recharge issue using airtel app

I have 2 airtel numbers. [protected] which i stopped using and [protected] which i am currently using. I was doing a promotion of rs 399 on [protected] using airtel app and it was done for [protected] which was definitely an issue of app. I am the owner of both the numbers but airtel customer is not transferring the money from [protected] to [protected]. I have not been using [protected] for almost 2 months now which can also be verified.
I am not even asking for refund just the transfer to the number which i am using.
