Airtel — Recharge not done but amount was deducted

Yesterday I had recharged my mom's airtel number with my airtel thanks account. The recharge was unsuccessful and it was written that ' if your amount is debited, the recharge will be done or you'll get refunded within 5-10 mins. ' now when I am checking the transaction history, it's not showing any such transaction. And this makes me more frustrated!!
