Airtel — recharge not done but no refund | |||
I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with rs 549 on 28/07/2017 on airtel app using state bank internet banking but i couldn't get any message to my no. I tried again to recharge the same no. Again with the same amount. This time also same problem arises but my a/c debited twice the above said amount. I called airtel customer care and asked about the issue. They told that there is no recharge done on my no. And advised to give complaint in the home branch. I gave complaint in sbi tellapur two times but no improvement. I lodged complaint in consumer forum two times and they rejected the complaint with out proper reason. Pls do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
