I attempted to make a recharge on my number [protected] today [19th July 2022] for an amount of Rs 319 as a part of your unlimited data and call packs. I made the payment from google pay and the money has been deducted from my account.
Tried connecting to the customer care and every time I have the same unhelpful response. The customer care people weren't even trying ro resolve the issue and blatantly saying "it's not in our records" while I kept repeating that I have the proof of transaction.
Look into this matter and please get a better customer care team where they actually listen the our problems
