Airtel — recharge not proper

I have requested for recharge for rs.49 as on date 25.04.2020 for my mobile number thru e mail on 24.4.20. My sim have been recharged from rs 45 instead of rs 49 just for validity extension so that no talk time is given. So i tried to call to customer service they are not picking the phone
This is not my personal problem they should have some policies to help customers. They are just money minded people. They are just for name to worldwide service.
