Airtel — recharge not reflected in account balance

I had done my recharge for my prepaid mobile on the airtel website, only to find the company deducting the amount from my debit card for the opted service but didn't credit the said benefits to my mobile account . I have enclosed a screenshot that gives the transaction reference number, the mobile number which is due to receive the said benefit of Rs.219 recharge pack.
Kindly look into the problem and provide a suitable solution at the earliest. ( Credit the amount back to the debit card/ Provide the said benefits to the mobile account )
