Airtel — Recharge not reflecting after money deduction

I recharged yesterday for 1 month plan money got deducted but recharge is not reflecting, in chat with Airtel bot it's showing as successful but in under mobile number it's not reflecting and I'm not able to make calls or use data and i absolutely didn't have any luck with customer care

Money is deducted from my account but it is not reflecting in my account
My whole study is disturb
Customer service is not resolving
Last transaction which is showing on aurtel app is of September 25.if my issue will not resolve is I will shift to jio
