Airtel — Recharge option not available to consumer Flexibility

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing fine.

I would like to inform you that in earlier days I had multiple options to recharge my monthly plan, but these days there is no such option in the Airtel network. Whether a customer is required or not, the default setting is that amount. We are supposed to recharge that amount to make a call or access the internet. We have lost our customer freedom to choose the plan they are forcing us to recharge that amount. For example, In the past, I could recharge for 149 for 1 GB per day. The validity of the plan will be 28 days. Now I don't have that option. 1.5 data points per day with a validity of 28 days. The amount will be 239.

Individual liberty to choose one's own path.
