Airtel — recharge quandary

I recharged my airtel prepaid phone with rs.100 full talk time recharge pack on 23dr august, 2017. The txn id is[protected]. After submitting my card details the money was deducted from my account, but recharge failed. How can i get this resolved? The full talk time pack was available only through the website and/or airtel app. It was not available through retail shops. So i had not other option but to recharge online. I wish to know if i can get a refund or the required recharge can happen at a later date.
