I recharged my phone with Rs. 437 (Actual Rs. 455 but discounted in the app) on 25th Jan, 2022 through airtel app (Order ID.[protected] and until now its not reflected on my number. Next day, I raised a complain (Service req. No. CONRC3BLR[protected]) on the app and was waiting the issue to be resolved by the airtel but instead they closed the issue as resolved without any proper explanation and response.
My bank has already charged me on my account and airtel app doesn't even show in the last transactions on my number but they already charged to the bank as bharti airtel on 25th jan 2022. Why does the airtel tank customers issues for granted and keep them unattended while he is suffering with the service. Is this really that Airtel which was so good earlier but now getting worse day by day.
How does the airtel app resolved the ticket without solving the actual issue, it means that the company is playing around with customers issues and don't give damn to the issue. Was this information helpful? |
