[Resolved]  Airtel — Recharge top up done to wrong number

Hi, Due Humar error i have recharged wrong number with the below details

Airtel asking me to check with my bank, below is AIRTEL reply

Hi,

Resolution was not given at all, how some another will return my money back, airtel system should have some maker -checker function so customer do not by mistake also recharge another Number .

Airtel should be able to refund my money back or they should not do business itself.

Requesting airtel team to provide me the credit back in my correct mobile number and deduct the wrong number
