[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge unsuccessful but amount debited from account | |||||
I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Airtel website for Rs.349 on 3rd July 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] . Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged although the amount has been debited from my bank account.I tried again and the second time it was successful.But the amount debited the first time is still not credited back.
