[Resolved] Airtel — Recharge Validity for Connection No.[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I Manoj Kashyap having an Airtel DTH connection (connection no. [protected]) in the name of Shiv Kumar (my brother) since 2009, I am using it regularly. My complain pertains to validity on recharge of Rs. 2200 which I did on 26th Nov., 2013, according to the scheme which was available at that time 1 month additional will be granted on recharge for 11 month cost. But today when I confirmed it from customer executive they are saying that this plan is not activated at that time on my connection so I won’t be able to claim the additional 1 month benefit, Even after revision of prices they have used the full amount of Rs. 2200 for 10 months, I want to ask you when I did that recharge for requisite amount to avail the benefit of additional 1 month then now what is the issue with the scheme why airtel is not granting me the benefit of additional months.
