Airtel — Recharged 349 and got cheated

Address:Jharsuguda, Odisha, 768218

I recharged rs 349 for unlimited voice call and 28 gb net.
But my main balance got deduct in voice call.
They told nothijg can be done as pe terms and condition
Which was hidden from me.
They cheated customer again
