[Resolved] Airtel — Recharged for 349 and benefit is not yet credited noether got the refund | |||||
[protected]@yahoo.co.in On 17th i recharged for my airtel number. I didn't get any benefit but money got debited from my account. I did followup so many times with airtel and they told they will refund by 28th march. I spoke to karthik (Customer care supervisor) on 2nd april and he told by monday they will travel it and till now no updates. They don't even reply to emails. Fake advertisement s to go fool innocent customers. They don't even a courtesy to reply to customer emails. Cheap airtel and shameless complany or service provider i have ever seen.
