Airtel — recharged my no with different unlimited pack twice only getting benefit of one | |||
I recharged my airtel no [protected] with ₹399 (Unlimited calling & 1.4gb data per day for 84 days) on 09/06/2018. On 10/06/2018 i recharged the same no with ₹199 (Same benefits as former with 28 days validity) by mistake. But i didn't get any benefit from 2nd recharge not even added data or extra validity. When i called customer care they told me "you will only get benefits of 1st recharge 2nd recharge won't be accounted. This is company's policy" I request either refund or added validity on my current plan Was this information helpful? | |||
