We have recharged for Rs 300 for 50 GB data and you have sent instant message confirming the recharge had been done successfully but still your IVR recorded message does not show the data balance.
This is a severe negligence on your part and instead of rectifying your deficiency and negligence you are blabing us that the concerned recharge had not been done successfully.
