Firstly, note that i have complained regarding the same with the service request number cabnr[protected] which went unanswered and got marked as closed without my knowledge. For my airtel number [protected], i have recharged rs. 199 twice whereas the benefit is received only once. Here are the transaction details: First recharge details: Recharge amount: rs. 199 Transaction id: [protected] Date of transaction: 14 dec 2018 12:46 a. M. Status of recharge: successful Second recharge details: Recharge amount: rs. 199 Transaction id:[protected] Date of transaction: 14 dec 2018 01:41 a. M. Status of recharge: successful Note that i have received the benefit of only one of the above two recharges. Either initiate a refund of rs. 199 or provide me with the benefit of the other recharge too. For your convenience, i have attached the necessary screenshots.
