[Resolved] Airtel — Refund against broadband connect | |||||
Hello, I reqquested for a new broadband connection. On executive's visit, i made an online payment choosing a 3 month's advance rental plan (Total of rs. 2697). However, the intallation guy came in and said it was not feasible to install the broadband connection and left. Since then, i have contacted customer care multiple times but every time the executives either disconnect the call after listening to the story and putting me on hold or tell me after a long hold that systems are down. It's very clear that customer care is not entertaining this issue at all. On the contrary after i had placed the request for initially for a new connection, airtel called me the same day and kept following up on it with me till the day executive came to install. Nothing after that. All the effort is in sales only. Was this information helpful? | |||||
