I have done recharge on 14th of October 2023 of amount Rs.2907 of 799 broadband pack for 3 months. After 1 month they suspended my broadband services stating payment is due, on contacting airtel customer care they said that they refunded/reversed the amount on 24th of October but till date I haven't received the amount. On asking the customer care for the same they are not willing to accept that the amount is not refunded back to me despite of sharing the transaction details and bank statement to [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
