Dear sir/ma'am,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention that, i had enrolled for a new broadband connection cef no.[protected], airtel receipt no: [protected] on feburary 24th, 2018 and was assigned your executive saveer ansari, whose contact no.- [protected]. He told me that my connection will be done by tomorrow that is by[protected]Sunday). But, on sunday he called me and told me that there was some document which was not uploaded by your staff so my enrolment could not be completed. He further told me that, it could not be done today i. E.[protected] and have to be wait till tomorrow i. E.[protected] and he will come by 10:30 in morning and install my connection. On[protected] i called him around 10:30 and he told me that he is nearby only, installing another customer's connection and will be their by in 20 mins. I again called him after half an hour he told me that my connection could not be done due to some technicalities. Then, i told him to cancel my registration and refund back my installation charge which he told me that will be done within a week after he files for the cancelation process. Its been more that a month neither i got my refund back nor your executive is picking up my call.
I have uploaded all the relevent documents below. I would be grateful if you could cancel my registration for the same and refund my money back.
