Dear team, This is with reference to complaint regarding disconnection and refund concern on your airtel digitaltv id [protected]. I am following up for refund for last 2 months but same is not received. Refund amount of rs.1, 373.41 has been sent via cheque and the same is unable to deliver due to insufficient address. When i have check the same at courier compny same was sent to mahasena city. I have also spoken with customer care officer and re conform address as per systems and request them to delive the chq as system address. But not solutio received. Every time only assurance received. We want to cancel our landline no.[protected]. As we are not using the landline for 3 months. We don't feel any use of it so we want to cancel the connection.

LAPU number
My no is [protected] I use this no for mainly internet access for academic and digital transactions. Since last 3 to 4 months I am not getting 3g speed, forget about 4g. I have talked to 12118 with customer care executive, they promised to resolve the issue within 72 hours. No improvement so far. Please look into the problem.
