Airtel — Refund for Broadband connection

With regards to my complaint no 52154674, I had applied for a new broadband connection and paid rupees 1100 as the amount. Despite Airtel refusing a connection stating several problems, they are yet to refund my amount. I have complained to all customer care division in Airtel including their Appellate center, but no response. Please help me. It has been 27 days since they refused the connection, still no Refund
