Airtel — Refund for cancelled Airtel Broadband application | |||
I write this complaint with sheer revolt after following up for over two weeks with two of Airtel Xstream Broadband customer representatives who promised me broadband services after me making payment of Rs. 9, 617 (for 12 months). I request your kind attention to this matter ASAP. The complaint is regarding delay in refund for fees paid on application cancelled at the behest of Bharti Airtel. We wanted a corporate broadband connection which involved paper-based application process. We filed the application with required documents and as asked by the sales rep, I made a payment before the application was processed. Eventually, due to some reason the paper work did not go through and we cancelled the application form/booking. Now I wanted to get a refund and I do not have anyone to connect to but the Airtel sales rep who is not receiving my calls. I feel duped by him and Bharti Airtel for having paid money and yet not have any broadband connection at all. Kindly let me know the course of action here.
