Airtel — refund for wrong mobile recharge of airtel | |
Dear sir/mam, I have recharged to my number [protected] by mistake instead of recharging my father's number with amount 379 today morning and my transaction id is[protected]. I have recharged again my father's number but i don't want recharge on my number as i already have recharge for the next two months. Kindly help me out and refund my money back. I have recharged through paytm app. Attaching my invoice, paytm has asked me to share my invoice and orn, they have instructed me to contact the service provider as they will be only able to help me. So, airtel only can refund my money. Kindly help me in refunding my amount (379 rupees) Was this information helpful? | |

Sir I recharge to my number [protested] instead of recharging my wife's number with amount 239 today morning and my order I'd is [protested]. I don't want recharge on my number because I already recharge my number for next one month plz help me out and refund my money back . I have recharge through amazon pay app.

During recharge to my mobile [protected], I also recharged another mobile number [protected] which number is of JIO and selected the plan related to the JIO mobile. As the mobile number [protected] was MNP from airtel to JIO, it automatically selected the Airtel and the amount transferred to airtel account.
Please provide me with the method to get back the amount as the number is not related to Airtel. The amount is Rs. 2999/-
