[Resolved] Airtel — Refund have not taken place yet | |||||
I applied for broadband connection during December 2016 but later on I received call from Airtel stating that connectivity is not feasible in my area so I asked for refund of cash of RS.1000 which I paid and I uploaded my bank passbook scanned copy in airtelonlinerefund.com and they said it will be refunded within 2 working days but it's been 2 and half months but still the refund is not made. How much long should I wait? I'm frustrated by your customer service, the next day I called for new connection they came to collect the amount but to refund my money back your Airtel team is taking about more than 2& half months time??
