Dear Sir / Madam, The issue that I have experienced, Despite of email and call my reactivation request was delayed. Later I decided not to go with Airtel and got another broadband. Now I am following up to get my refund of paid amount but, I am not getting anything except robotic answers. It occurred on: 3/08/2021 I want them to process my refund on priority.
