Airtel — Refund not given after failed transaction. 70 days since transaction failed. | |||
Hi, I tried to get an airtel broadband connection by paying Rs 500 online on june-03-2014. The transaction failed and ever since I have been trying to get the refund. It has been 70 days since this and I am still getting a reply that the team is working to sort out the issue. Can you guys look into this. I am attaching all the relevant docs.
