Hi, it's really painful to inform the most fraud company, Airtel is doing fraud with me. Just want to digest my 3 months recharge money. I recharged twice because of technical glinch and what my money back, but they are not doing at all. Also they are giving false comments that I got refund on 27th nov and our team is working in this. No actions have been taken. I already have shared my bank statement till 3 months that I didn't get my refund. But they are playing with customer' emotions. When they will initiate my refund and when i will get in my source account?
I want clear resolution else I will take legal actions against them and i will remove Airtel from all my family members.
