Airtel — refund not received after recharge failure even after two weeks | |||
Recharge transaction was failed for mobile [protected] on 18th november, 2019. Rs 399 was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge transaction was failed. We have registered complaint with airtel customer care on the same day (Complaint number conrc[protected]). But the amount is not yet refunded even after two weeks.
