I had booked an Airtel broadband connection on 5/5/2022 with order ID 21 - [protected]. I booked the connection for my NRI uncle who just returned to India and asked me to book an airtel broadband connection. The next day (6/5/2022) an executive from airtel asked me to pay rs 2828 for the enitre installation and for the plan opted and i paid it. But my uncle visited an airtel store on 6/5/2022 and they offered an connection with the same plan at a much lower price and so my uncle booked a broadband connection from that airtel store. Now there were 2 installation requests for the same address and my unce asked me to cancel the connection i had requested for and when i tried cancelling the executive asked me why i was cancelling and when i told him the reason he told about it to his superiors and the superior contacted me saying that the airtel store people had quoted a false price which was less than the actual cost to gain customers. And i said no problem cancel my order and the executive said the refund would be made in 1 month time. Today is 24/6/2022 but i still havent recieved any update about the refund from Airtel side. I have attached the payment i made to airtel for my broadband installation request. I request Airtel to resolve my issue at the earliest and refund my amount.
