Airtel — refund not received from airtel yet | |||||
Hello, I have raised a request for new broadband connection on 12th october to airtel in my area and have sent the required documents to the person named manish, also paid the rs 500 activation charges as requested by him. Due to feasibility issues, they are not able to install the connection in my area. It's being two weeks now and my amount has not been refunded until now.
