Airtel — refund not received yet | |||
Iwas pay the payment of the bill rs. 2712 on dated 9th july 2018, but later airtel company informe that by mistake they refund the amount but still we do not get any refund of the paid amount. Now your company charge a new bill, please clear the transaction refund and provide the detail of refund at our mail id mentioned in the bill. And it is to inform you that the bill you rise will be pay by us after getting the transaction refund. Hope now you will solve the problem soon otherwise i have to take a legal action against airtel broadband.
