Airtel — refund not sent to my account | |||||
This is to state that i have tried to recharge my phone through airtel mobile app on 02/09/2017 at 12.25 am and 01.54 am for rs 399. On both the occasions the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got the credit. I have complained on two occasions to airtel via complaint no pr[protected] & pr[protected] regarding my two failed recharge transaction of rs 399 on my mobile no [protected] on my airtel app via seq no-969761 & 980094. But still they have refunded only rs 399 to my account. Please initiate the refund of rs399 as only one time the money is refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
