I had taken a broadband(DSL) connection with Tariff Plan "Surf 899(511)" in October 2014 Month. For this I supposed to charge 'Activation Charge' of '5600Rs' which I paid to your Sales person 'Satish' while submitting the form.
But due to problem in line connection in Old Palasia area, connection not get established.

I was supposed to go to your Airtel office reside near to Malhar Mall, as ask about the refund process. They told me that they have processed and it will get refund by Check within 45 days as this whole process takes this much of time.
But still I have not get any check, many times I had taken follow-up with your team but this time they told me that go to another office which reside in 'Metro Tower'.
This is very disaster, how can you team member ask to customer that you go here and there. They should know about the status despite to ask to customer to go there. No customer have that much of time to go here and there just to gather the information about all this.
This is very painful for me, and really disappointed with your whole this process and really I recommend to other people no to take your any more services.
Because while taking payment you are at the first door but while when customer ask to refund all this you supposed to be disappear even you not supposed to give actual status for customer.
It's my request you to please look into this matter and take a step for this and refund my Activation charges with interest to me.
I hope you will take a action again this!!
