Airtel — refund of excess payment from my postpaid bill. | |||
Hi, I am using airtel postpaid sim and i have made excess payment of Rs.12000 on 29th Dec 2017. So I raised the request to refund the excess payment and still now I didnt get the clear status of that request and whenever i called to customer care, they are asking me to give 2 working days to process the request.
